How Returns Work

We sincerely hope that you are satisfied by the product you purchase from www.wigsmiles.com;  however, if you are not completely satisfied here is the procedure for initiating a return.

Step 1) You must contact Wigsmiles LLC within fourteen (14) days of receiving your merchandise; you may call or email:

Step 2) You must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number with a pre-paid shipping voucher/label; provided by Wigsmiles LLC.

Step 3) You must return the merchandise, postmarked within fourteen (14) days of receiving your RMA number and shipping voucher/label

Important information with regards to returning merchandise

The returned wig must have the inside tag (still originally attached), the wig purchase tag (still originally attached), and the wig box it came in. The wig cannot be returned with makeup or any other stains.  The wig cannot have any odors, such as cigarette/vape/cigar, perfume, or campfire smell.  The wig cannot be torn or have any heat damage such as singed hair fibers. 

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the condition of the returned merchandise, Wigsmiles LLC will process your return within fourteen (14) days of receiving the returned merchandise.  There will be a Thirty-five-dollar ($35.00) restocking fee deducted from your return.  Refunds may take one to two billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement: depending on your credit card company. Wigsmiles LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed
